It’s a great place with great instructors. We are very happy to be a part of this group. I’ve seen growth in my son and enjoy watching him learn. His growing confidence is one of my favorite things to see.

Great environment for both young children and teens looking for physical fitness, discipline and a sense of self accomplishment. Instructors are very good with beginners, especially the young ones. My boy was not an exerciser or a team player and now he loves to go to class and get a work out with his team.
Great place, great atmosphere. My husband and my daughter have been training here for about a year (Bartram Springs location) and they have gained confidence, but also another family. The instructors and students are welcoming and pleasant. The instructors are very serious about guiding students to be the best they can be while having fun too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best martial arts school in town, my kids, is been training with Mr. Roderick for 8 years now, and i personally love the staff, i trust in them with my kids.

Mr. Roderick, Mr. Ordaz, the whole team are absolutely wonderful. The skills they teach these children come out in all aspects of their life. My son has become so much more confident and determined. It’s beautiful to see.
We recently moved here and it was a great way for my son to meet friends but he was also struggling with some self-esteem issues. Since he has been going (now a yellow belt) he has had an improved change in attitude and outlook on most aspects of his life again. He has been getting great exercise, discipline and learning self-control. The instructor, Mr Ordaz, and all the staff there at the “Team Blanding” location, are very friendly yet very focused on helping every student, regardless of age or athletic ability. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERO FAMILY MARTIAL ARTS.
Our son has been going to Rodericks for over a year. We are so impressed with all of the instructors knowledge and patience with the kids. Mr Ordaz truly loves to teach and it’s because of him that we have stayed especially through the pandemic. He keeps the kids excited and most importantly teaches respect and self defense. I walked in originally with a handful of goals and a piece of myself wondering if I’d even make it as an adult. Needless to say, I still have the goals I walked in with but they are so minor compared to the self-confidence I have now. Each instructor is so amazing in their own way. The atmosphere is super encouraging and every person in that building encourages you, from the youngest kiddo to the oldest adult. I could sit here for hours writing more, but I will just sum it up with this… I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERO FAMILY MARTIAL ARTS TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO JOIN THE SPORT! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM!
